Built Their Tomorrow – Refund Policy

1. General Statement

Donations to Built Their Tomorrow are generally non-refundable as funds are immediately allocated

to support migrant workers and ongoing projects.

2. Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds may only be issued in exceptional circumstances, including: - Duplicate payments - Technical

errors during donation processing - Incorrect charges or amounts

3. Refund Request Procedure

1. All refund requests must be submitted in writing via info@buildtheirtomorrow.org.

4. Transaction ID
5. Date of donation
6. Reason for the refund
7. Each request will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days of approval.

• Donors will receive notification of the decision and refund transaction details once processed.

5. Specific Campaigns or Sponsorships

• Donations made for specific campaigns, events, or sponsorships may not be refundable once funds have been allocated.

• Built Their Tomorrow reserves the right to decline refund requests if funds have already been used for their intended purpose.
